To recap the show of 12-21-11 we had testimonies of the manifestations that were received from Dr. Camille. myself, Julena and Irena to hear a testimony from someone you know is so inspiring. So I am going to attach some of the tidbits of information for the upcoming show next week. Mari & Mike are going to be the receiptants of the intentions for prosperity and overall well being, and we will continue to send the energy to all who participated in the past weeks. My other comments were in regards to fear, and finding yourself in a situtation where you see NO way out,

Anytime you find yourself  gripped in fear remember;

 

F--Focus on your breathing

 

E--Explore all the possibilities and make peace with them.

 

A--Ask for spiritual assistance.

 

R--Resolve to take all the pertinent steps.

 

When you are in any crisis do the following;

 

1. Be open to the prospect of healing

2 Process your grievances

3. Make a list of everything you can do that will add to the momentum of healing.

4 Make suggestions to your body on how it can heal

5 Keep a journal

6 Reflect on whom and what you love and apprciate

7 Do something for someone else.

 

Take these steps and make them habit and watch your life change for the better it doesn't take much just practice and believing in yourself. Have a wonderful Christmas and I will see you all next week.

Last nite was the last of the series "Awakening the Spirit Within" hopefully this process will help to maneuver the journey with a road map. The following steps if practiced will encourage you to keep going, even if the going gets tough.

1. A pure intention for your highest good or someone else's highest good.

2. Stay focused on the end results of your intention NO matter what it looks like on the outside.

3. Keep a journal as many as needed and try to write in it at least once a day even if it is only one word,

4. Believe in yourself and love yourself the way you would want some one to love you.

5. Be grateful for what you have NOW and learn to appreciate the little things life has to offer.

6. Tell someone out loud or to yourself "I love you" by stating that you are honoring the God spirit within,

7. Meditate daily even if it is just for a minute, clear your mind so you can hear the signs the spirit is 

    trying to tell you.

If you practice these items, I can guarantee that your life will change almost instantly and the more you do them the easier it gets and the more God's blessings will pour down on you. 

I hope you have enjoyed these lessons, my intentions for all of you and your families is to have a wonder-filled new life in 2012. I will keep each and everyone of you in my heart and in my prayers. I will see you all next year. Namaste
