This is the story of Reginald "Neli" Latson a 19 year old Autistic young Man Who was arrested for standing up for himself against Racist Police in Stafford County, VA. Neli was beaten, spit on harassed and arrested. Even with the knowledge of his Autism They have kept him Locked up IN THE PENITENTIARY, he has been there for 1 YEAR! All of his Rights have been completely violated. The little bit of News about this in the media has Fizzled. Meanwhile Neli's condition continues to deteriorate and no one seems to care.

I am the mother of an 18 year old Autistic young man, I don't know How I could breathe if my son was Locked away in a Penitentiary with Murderers and Rapist. When I was introduced to this story it Grabbed hold of my heart, I was appalled at the lack of media attention on this story. My husband and I made it our Mission to RE-Tell this story to as many people as we can, We won't stop until Neli is HOME.
