Through your lessons you probably had a subtle change on your perspective of the physical body. We are taught “an apple a day keeps the doctors aware.” Do you really understand what that means, or do you not think much of it but just a wise saying. From what I learned, I discovered the human body is a vegan-engineered biological machine. It performs best with the best energetic fuel which comes from nature foods. You will never experience dis-ease or get sick if you were consuming the right foods. A wise brother on youtube on HealthHopNetwork talks about in one video how something has to be classified as food in order to be consumed. He gave the definition of food and explained how anything that doesn’t fit the definition isn’t food. “Food” according to Merriam-Webster Dictonary is material consisting essentially of protein, carbohydrate, and fat used in the body of an organism to sustain growth, repair, and vital processes and to furnish energy; also : such food together with supplementary substances. I encourage you to question what you are consuming to see if it fits that definition.
Everything is a vibration. Nature foods such as fruits, veggies, beans, & nuts are very high vibrational foods because they’re foods of Gaai (Mother Earth). It is no surprise that a lot people have healed themselves from what I call poor diet related diseases, such as high blood pressure
, diabetes, and a lot of cancers. Our Mother Earth not only provieds us with high vibrational food but it is also our natural medicine

because a lot of today’s medicine is used to treat sympthons to maintain the dis-ease for profit. That is even is true with the pharmacuetical drugs that are being sold. Even a lot of the mental dis-eases such as depression
can be healed with a nature food diet. You can heal depression with a boost of Vitamin C in your diet. The documentary Food Matters
goes in depth on this topic which I also strongly recommend you to watch. That is why a lot of people tend to die prematurely from dis-eases that can be reversed with a plant-based diet. Meat eater who consume cooked dead flesh
with nature food seasonings are really consuming low vibrational foods. Now my intention is not to offend meat eaters but what like da13thsun calls it, give you the BLOOD RAW Truth. Carnivorous animals are physically engineered to consume flesh. That is why they have long claws, large canine teeth, and short digestive systems. don’t cook their flesh and put nature food seasonings. They eat it raw with the fur. That must tell you maybe we shouldn’t be consuming it anyway.
